Wonderful. Fantastic views, wonderful staff, incredible castle building. The rooms are a bit small but nice. The staff accommodated are earlier eating hours. They helped with the luggage. The location is not convenient unless you have a car. Nice pool area. Great dining room. Pretty gardens
I had the best night sleep in months at this hotel. It's so quiet and peaceful. My only comment would be the addition of an expresso/coffee machine in the room. I can't wait till 8 am to get a coffee. The breakfast is good and the service is very friendly. The view from this castle is stunning. Overall, I highly recommend it.
Just a stunningly beautiful place. Extensive and lovely gardens. Magnificent views towards Perugia and down into the valley. Excellent restaurant. Beautiful rooms in a renovated castle. Attentive, helpful and friendly staff. We even got a room upgrade. What is there not to like in this hotel?

We loved this place. It was clean, comfortable, delightful, and well situated. Everyone who worked here was friendly and helpful.
We dined in the restaurant twice and had breakfast each morning at the castle. One night Tomaso from the restaurant recommended another restaurant to us that was incredible.
We booked two nights and extended to four because of what a fantastic experience we had. When I am back in Umbria, I will stay here again.
Additionally, the pool, hot tub and grounds were very comfortable.
